Currently, he oversees construction management, job site safety, and quality control. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Montemorelos.

Frank, a US Navy Veteran, has over ten years of experience in the construction industry. Currently, he oversees construction management and estimating. Furthermore, he oversees all facets of administration, accounting, and finance. He holds an Associate of Science from Penn State and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Houston.

Currently, she oversees Project Accounting, Project Administration, Project Scheduling and Bookkeeping.
