He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Montemorelos. 

Frank, a US Navy Veteran, has 12 years of experience in construction management. His managerial success is derived from his understanding of project management and contract scopes . Currently, he oversees estimating, contract management, and project management. He holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Houston.

Maria brings with her over 15 years of administrative experience. Currently, she oversees Project Accounting, Project Administration, and Bookkeeping. She is also integral in the estimating process. Her success is derived from the ability to prioritize tasks and communicate between the office and the field teams. 

Kenneth brings with him 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Currently, he oversees project management, jobsite safety, and quality control on his assigned projects. As a frontline member, his success is derived from effective communication and a commitment to project success.

Santiago brings with him 6 years of experience in the construction industry. Currently, under the training of senior leadership, he assists with project management, jobsite safety, and quality control on his assigned projects. His success is derived from a commitment to learn and strong work ethic.
